From the total beginner wondering where to even start, to the professional athlete who is fit but looking to tweak programming for peak performance, I’ve found that every human has room for improvement in this domain. Most of us land somewhere in the middle, having started but stopped, having tried some things but needing to land the new program that feels right, brings results and comes with a strong launch pad of accountability to reinforce the formation of habit. 

In this four-week journey, I help you to understand nutrition at a functional scientific level, without getting to “sciency” on you. We’ll find a good groove, such that you have a healthy relationship with food, begin to better fuel yourself, and also have room for the occasional “treat meal”. In addition to this, I’ll help you find your ideal sweat style. Instead of writing up your workouts and asking you to do them independently with no accountability, I’ll ask the questions, help you nail down what you enjoy, land a solid sweat schedule, and then give you the push of accountability to ensure commitment to it over time. 

Coming away from this program, you’ll feel as if your pursuit of wellness has a strong rhythm. You’re eating clean, training mean, and living lean. You will have turned a page, seeing results, feeling supported, and carrying the kind of drive that finally makes it a long term commitment. This time, it’s different. There’s no turning back once you fall in love with it!
